How to book
- To book a private session , please either email your details to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01568 615239 to discuss how Pilates can benefit you.
- Private sessions last 1 hour and involve a full postural assessment and a follow up personalised video for home practice.
- One to one sessions cost £40 or £50 (couples) payable by BACS. (Bank details supplied at time of booking).
- On receipt of payment, a day, time and venue will be arranged for our first session. I offer home visits or a hired venue in Leominster.
- A health questionnaire will be sent for completion prior to the first session.

In my women’s coaching sessions, we look at how your changing hormones may be affecting your life such as:
- Quality of sleep
- Extra belly fat and difficulty losing it.
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Anxiety and mood swings
- Joint aches and pains
- We put together a plan to help manage symptoms so you can navigate through this transition into the next phase of life, with more energy and vitality.
