Hi Dawn,
Do you have any weekly classes? My husband and I (57 & 60) want to improve our flexibility and strengthen key areas. I’m thinking maybe 2 or 3 personal sessions, followed by weekly maintenance.
We are in Little Hereford, but happy to come to Leominster.

I no longer offer classes I’m afraid but I do teach private sessions to individuals and couples from my home in Leominster.
