We’ve had some goodbyes to say this week. Firstly to Jenny Underhill from my Weobley class who is moving to Sidmouth to enjoy her very well earned retirement after many years of working as a physio and Therapist. Good luck and all the very best Jenny!
Also Ann-Marie and Pete Dedman leave for pastures new in Ledbury. They’ve been part of my Friday class at Eardisland for the last 3 years and we’ll miss them both. Wishing you loads of happiness in your new community. keep strengthening your cores and pop in for a workout again whenever you’re back in Eardisland!
Finally the sad news that Valery Macdonald who has been a regular at my Kingsland pilates class for the last 2 years, died unexpectedly on Monday. She was a lovely fun lady who enjoyed her pilates and we will miss her. My sympathies to her husband Alastair and family.
