“Hi Dawn, Just wanted to let you know that a few weeks ago I arrived at your class for the first time with a long list of aches and pains and things I would not be able to do. However, there are virtually no moves I haven’t been able to at least attempt. I am also very conscious of my posture when out walking, and automatically engage my core, head up, shoulders down etc. Although it is early days, I can definitely feel the benefit of Pilates.
