Outdoor Pilates
Classes in the sunshine today at Eardisland..lovely to teach outdoors (that’s a first for me).  A police helicopter kept passing overhead…obviously Pilates fans! 🙂

How good is your balance?
Plenty of balance work in classes this week. It’s always rewarding to see how much more confident people are, balancing at the end of a class, compared to the start. Proving it can be improved with practice like most things. We had the flags out to spur us on at Eardisland this morning. 🙂
Starting back
